By signing below, I authorize the use of my business name and/or logo on printed materials, the Showtime USA website, newsletters, and social media. I understand that a portion of my sponsorship helps support dancer tuition and tour expenses, and I acknowledge that Showtime USA is a for-profit organization, therefore this sponsorship is not a charitable donation.
